1. Overview

Vitt-Omni ("we," "our," or "the App") is a financial planning application developed by SprintPulse AI. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

By using Vitt-Omni, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What We Collect

Vitt-Omni has two modes of operation with different data practices:

Core Calculator Features (No Account Required)

• Calculation inputs and results — stored locally only
• Calculation history — stored locally, encrypted
• App preferences (theme, currency, region) — stored locally

Account & AI Features (Requires Sign-In)

When you create an account or use AI-powered features, we collect:

• Contacts, photos, or files on your device
• Device advertising identifiers for tracking
• Browsing history or activity across other apps
• Biometric data (fingerprints, face scans)

3. Third-Party Services

Vitt-Omni uses the following third-party services:

4. Data Security

• Local data is encrypted using device-level security (AsyncStorage with app sandboxing)
• Authentication uses Firebase's industry-standard security (OAuth 2.0, TLS encryption)
• AI chat requests are routed through HTTPS-encrypted Cloudflare Workers
• API keys are stored server-side, never in the app binary
• No sensitive financial data (bank accounts, card numbers) is ever transmitted

5. Data Retention

• Local data: Retained until you delete it or uninstall the App
• Firebase account: Retained until you request deletion
• AI usage counts: Reset daily, historical counts not retained
• AI chat messages: Not stored on servers; local history until you clear it
• News data: Cached temporarily on device, refreshed on each visit

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your stored data in the app (History, Settings, Goals)
• Delete: Clear calculation history, chat history, or goals from Settings
• Account deletion: Contact us to permanently delete your Firebase account and all associated data
• Export: Export calculations as PDF or share via messaging apps
• Opt-out: Use the app without signing in (calculators work without an account)

7. Cookies & Tracking

The App does not use cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies. We do not track your activity across apps or websites. We do not use advertising identifiers. There is no analytics SDK in the app.

8. Children's Privacy

Vitt-Omni is designed for adults making financial decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. International Compliance

GDPR (European Union)

• Minimal data processing with explicit user consent (sign-in action)
• Right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability
• No cross-border transfers outside Google's standard infrastructure

DPDP Act 2023 (India)

• Processing limited to purposes stated in this policy
• User consent obtained through sign-in action
• Data stored with adequate security measures
• Right to correction and erasure honored

CCPA (California, USA)

• We do not sell personal information
• We do not share data with third parties for advertising
• Users can request data deletion at any time

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when we add new features or when regulations change. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
