How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Vitt-Omni account and all associated data using any of these methods:
Option 1: From Within the App
- Open Vitt-Omni app
- Go to Settings tab
- Scroll to Account section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Request via Email
Send an email from the address associated with your account:
What Gets Deleted
- Account credentials (email, authentication data)
- AI usage tracking (message count — auto-expires daily)
- Server-side data (Firebase Auth record)
Note: Calculation history, goals, and reminders are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all local data.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email once completed.
Data Retained After Deletion
None. We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. Anonymous usage statistics (aggregate, non-identifiable) may be retained.
