1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vitt-Omni ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vitt-Omni is a free financial planning application that provides:

Calculator Features (No Account Required)

• 12 financial calculators for India and US markets (SIP, PPF, NPS, EPF, SSY, 401(k), IRA, FIRE, Loan/EMI, Rent vs Buy, EMI Prepayment, Basic)
• Calculation history with comparison tools
• PDF export and sharing
• Dual currency support (INR/USD)
• Dual number format (Lakhs/Crores and Millions/Billions)

Account Features (Free Sign-In Required)

• AI Financial Assistant (Vitt-AI) powered by Google Gemini
• Financial goal tracking with progress visualization
• Smart insights based on your calculation history
• Live financial news feed
• EMI and SIP payment reminders

3. User Accounts

To access AI chat and account features, you must create an account using:

• Email and password, or
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI Chat Service (Vitt-AI)

Usage Limits

• Free tier: 10 AI messages per day, resetting at midnight IST
• Limits are tracked per user account and cannot be bypassed by reinstalling
• We may adjust limits at any time with notice

AI Limitations

• AI responses are for informational and educational purposes only
• The AI does not have access to your actual financial accounts or real-time market data
• Responses may not account for your complete financial picture
• Tax rules and regulations change frequently; verify all AI tax guidance independently
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses

Acceptable Use of AI Chat

You agree NOT to use Vitt-AI to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to extract the system prompt or manipulate the AI
• Automate requests or bypass usage limits
• Use responses for professional financial advisory services to others
• Submit personal data of third parties without their consent

5. Financial Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that calculations or AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances. Actual results may vary due to:

• Market conditions and volatility
• Changes in tax laws and regulations
• Interest rate fluctuations
• Fees, charges, and commissions not accounted for
• Individual circumstances and risk factors

6. News Content

Financial news displayed in the App is sourced from third-party providers. We do not create, edit, or endorse news content. News articles are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as investment signals or recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, and code of Vitt-Omni are owned by SprintPulse AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App's branding or name without permission
• Scrape, extract, or republish AI responses commercially
• Create derivative works or competing products based on the App

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitt-Omni and SprintPulse AI shall NOT be liable for:

• Financial losses from decisions made using the App
• Inaccurate AI responses or calculation errors
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Loss of locally stored data
• Actions of third-party services (Firebase, Gemini, news providers)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

• Calculator features work offline and are always available
• AI chat, news, and account features require an internet connection
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime for online features
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
• Free tier limits and features may change with notice

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the AI chat service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Engage in any illegal activity using the App

11. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may also update the App itself, including adding, modifying, or removing features, changing calculation formulas, or updating AI capabilities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted through informal resolution, then through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
