Vitt-Omni is a free, offline financial calculator application designed for the Global Indian community. The App provides:

Universal: Basic Calculator, Loan/EMI, FIRE, Rent vs Buy, EMI Prepayment

Additional Features:

Calculation history and comparison
PDF export and sharing
Dual currency support (INR/USD)
Dual number format (Lakhs/Crores vs Millions/Billions)
Dark/Light theme
100% offline functionality
No ads, no tracking

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vitt-Omni, you agree to:

Use the App for lawful purposes only
Verify all calculations independently
Make your own financial decisions
Keep your device secure
Back up important calculation data
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Sell, rent, or lease the App

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Vitt-Omni and its developers SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any:

Financial losses or damages
Investment losses
Tax liabilities
Missed opportunities
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business
Decisions made based on App calculations

YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vitt-Omni, SprintPulse AI, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

9. No Warranty

The App is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. Updates and Modifications

All locally stored data will be permanently deleted

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vitt-Omni regarding the use of the App.
